What Is Emergency Service?
At Mobile Golf Cart Repair, we offer Emergency Golf Cart Repair Services. Any repair or service that happens outside of our regular business hours is considered an “Emergency Service” unless scheduled in advance and approved by our management team.
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any service outside of these hours, including weekends, will be considered an “Emergency Service” and charged accordingly unless otherwise stated by management.
How Much Do We Charge For An Emergency Service?
For one of our Mobile mechanics to be dispatched for an Emergency Service, customers must prepay our $295 (plus tax) show-up fee. This service charge may vary depending on the location of the service request. Any emergency service in our immediate service area (see list below) will be charged our regular $295 (plus tax) show-up fee. Any emergency service outside of our immediate service area will be charged a $395 (plus tax) show-up fee.
Our show up fee covers our transportation cost, the first hour of labor, and any towing and transportation of the Golf Cart that may be required. Every additional hour of labor during an Emergency Service is charged at a rate of $250 per hour.
